Hi All,

 

I am listing again the discussion on our last meeting on Saturday, 17 Mar.

 

We agreed on naming of all forthcoming Presentation for Assessment 3 as followed:

 

1. Project Scope   : Amrinder

2. Project Task     :    Miguel

3. Task Sequence : Balesh

4. Task Time Estimation    :     Ayesha Siti

5. Risk Management    :     Hongbo

6. Project Control    :     Nimaben

 

We shall be meeting every weekend to prepare and help the person who is going to do the presentation.

 

For the 1st Presentation we had discussion on Project Scope, and mainly we covered following points:

 

1. Project MOV, Objectives and Goals.

 

2. Listed points which are In and Out of Scope.

 

3. Had discussion on any unexpected or prospective points related to scope, specially Out of Scope.

 

4. We did assumptions for the Project regarding to the Bank, which will be provided to us or for that matter which will not be provided to us as a Project Developing Co.

 

5. Had discussion on the topic of database creation and purchase, and assumption related to it.

 

6. Listed the obvious and prospective constraints. we shall do more study and research on any probable constraint that can come up before the final Presentation.

 

At last, I hope we are ready for our 1st presentation.

We wish best of luck to Amrinder Sandhu for the 1st presentation.
