Can we change the Group Meeting time to Sunday.

Same time same place.

 

Please inform if you prefer any other time?

 

To reiterate:

 

Sun 25 Mar, 11 AM.

Building 10, Level 2, Meeting room (the same we met last week)

 

This week's agenda:

 

1. We all should come up with a individual work on topic "Project Task".

2. We need to construct and agree upon a common version of Presentation "Project Task" for this week.

That's fine Siti,

 

I spoke to every one this morning.

Some has problem with Sat and some has with Sunday Morning.

The only consent time coming up is 03:00 PM Sunday.

 

Seems its hard to get similar time free for a large group of 6, but we need to make it guys.

We have to give our best in this weeks presentation and forthcoming for that matter, so this little pain we can take, I think.

 

So, after talking to everyone, can I make it formally final:

Meeting time and place::

 

3 PM, Sunday 25 Mar.

Meeting Room, Level 2, Building 10.

 

People have engagements sharp before this time and after this time.

So we need to regard value of others' time and presence. (specially late comers like me)

We need our PIN ACCESS No to enter into IT Building 10 on Sundays.

Please make sure you fetch you PIN from following link before hand.

If there is any issue or other problem, then we can fix the meeting place at Tower Building also. Please write a mail if you want to change it.

 

But, No confusion, unless specified by mail or call, the meeting place is same.
