beta testing for version4 of ExtractModel

As part of preparing ExtractModel, the tool to create Spice models from data files generated by the uTracer, for positive grid voltages, I have done a significant refactoring of the code leading to a version 4.

Attached is a description of the new version.

I am seeking some 4-5 sage beta testers to test this version; once testing is complete I will release this version on Ronald's site and use it as the baseline for positive grid voltage modelling.

If you want to be a beta tester I will send you a separate link (google drive) to download the .msi installation file.
