Heptode spice modelling

Dear all,
Included as a first attempt to model hexodes/heptodes. Included is a Spice model for an ECH81. I am looking for beta testers that are interested to test this model and give some feedback. The version of ExtractModel that can create these models is still not available on Ronald's website, hopefully that will come when testing has become more complete.
For those that run LTSpice for modelling, I also included a heptode model that can be used.
