Salam and greetings..

A meeting from business team (C&P and A&E) was conducted this evening.

Here's some update regarding the meeting

First business : We already distribute the flyers selling jacket to UTP student and the last date to book the jacket will be on 12/10/2012. Our target are foundation and first year students. 

Second business : We are going to conduct a dedication where UTP students can choose between muffin, cupcakes or chocolate to give to their friends. The form will be distributed during class and the last date to order will be on 19/10/2012. 

The business team can ask for any help from all of you so please help them and give your full commitment.

We also need some suggestion for business. Feel free to drop any comment or idea in this thread.

As you all know, we are going to sell UTP Jacket around the campus. We have targeted to sell 50 units of jacket. So EVERYONE of you must find at least one buyer each. COMPULSORY.

For foundation and first year committees, please print out the order form and distribute it in your class. Dont forget to clip it together with the poster. (Please print by your own-refer attachment)

extra suggestions for business :

1) Jual Air at Futsal League event ( courtesy of Nuek )

    -since F&B is having their hands full with other works, I suggest A&E / CnP department to carry out this task. According to Mahej, who is handling the Futsal League, the date of     the event is yet to be confirmed, but CnP dah book tempat untok jual ayaq kat para peserta. Mahej will update to Nuek about the exact date of the event. As for the materials, we seek the help of Rakan Masjid member to supply us with water dispenser so we can bancuh air, according to nuek water dispenser tuh besar, and we need several. Furthermore, orang cakap at sport days like these, people prefer gas drinks, such as 100 plus.

2) Air Tin/Dadih ( courtesy of AB )

   - For air tin, we can get a fair price at kedai2 borong, and distribute to several Villages, macam jual dadih like people usually do. To prevent people from stealing the money, apa kata we distribute the drinks to the committees that are staying at that respective village, and sell the drinks indoor. To promote the drink, just tampal poster all around the respective village and ask them to buy the drinks at bilik sekian2...that way the money is safe with the committee. Same goes for dadih. 

3)Jual Mug (cawan)

-aside selling chocolates as dedications, kita boleh jual mug, suppliers can be found at Taman Maju and the price can be negotiated. But further discussion is needed for this one.

suggestion to all, apa kata kita buat advertisement dulu sebelum jual2 jaket ni, sebab kebanyakan would-be-customer semalam tak ada duit, sebab kita datang mengejut, advertisement seblom ni kecik sgt sampai most of the customer tak sedar pon walaupon ad tuh ada kat pintu bilik diorang. Any form of advertisement would help, just to give our future customers a heads so dat dey can prepare the money. Result from penjualan jacket semalam di V6 hanya 6 orang di V6 dan seorang dari V2 ehem. So before we move on to door-to-door sell again, we should focus on advertising first.
