Need help on Perl

hi.i'm trying to install eprints for my project work.(its an
opensource program :P) but somehow it failed to generate the proper
config for apache. heres the error code:

Installed:
eprints.noarch 0:3.3.6-7137

so ive looked up about the "qw" being deprecated and most says its ok
to ignore it. ive also installed MIME::Lite for that MIME/Lite.pm
error. so the question is, how do i recompile it that Email.pm file
where it failed to do so previously?

dah ade .noarch so confirmx2 is a rpm based.
