The International Conference on Computer Applications in Industry and Engineering (CAINE–2013) provides an international forum for presentation and discussion of research on computers and their applications. The conference also includes a Best Paper Award. CAINE–2013 will feature contributed papers as well as workshops and special sessions. You are cordially invited to participate in the conference through paper submission, a workshop or a special session organization. Papers will be accepted into chaired presentation sessions. The topics will include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission in PDF format. Please include author’s full name(s), address, affiliation, e-mail address, telephone number and topic area. More information can be found at the conference site:

The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the proceedings, which will be a maximum of 6 pages (+ 2 pages with additional page fees) in ISCA format. Authors wishing to have their papers reviewed for possible publication in the ISCA Journal of Computers and Applications should send by postal mail or email expanded versions of their papers directly to the Editor, Dr. Fred Harris, Fred....@cse.unr.edu. Instructions for Workshop/Special Session Organizers
You are encouraged to organize a workshop or a special session for the conference. You are responsible for soliciting, reviewing, and accepting papers for your workshop of session. Each workshop and special session should have at least 4 papers. Please email a short proposal to either the Conference Chair or the Program Chair. Your proposal should include the title of the workshop/session and estimated number of papers. Please refer to the conference website for details.
