e-mail to applicants who do not update GUP grant RADIS 3 kt system, in terms of KPI hrfin RMC output and budget.

I have updated all of them in terms of budget, from RM50K to RM40k, KPI and reduced output and edjust milestone to April 2011 - March 2012.

Approximately 6 weeks have passed since the official start date for GUP
which is the 1st of April 2011. Unfortunately, 40 Tier 1 and 106 Tier 2
successful applicants have not made any amendments to their proposals and
take the necessary further action.

As time is the essence, RMC is giving the Head of Projects until 20th of
May to do the needful. Failure to act on this may result in the revocation
of the grant award.

Heads of Projects having any difficulty in making the amendments are
kindly requested to approach your RA for assistance. Your attention in
this matter is deeply appreciated.
