Tikzpicture is not working parallel with table and figures in UTMThesis

to LaTeX for UTM Thesis
I am using the latest UTMThesis format. I have to use tikzpicture in some equations but it is not working. The hyperref is also not working. In my Tex documents other than 'UTMThesis', I can use tikzpicture and hyperref as well. But UTMThesis format has some problems. Can anyone help me?

UTMthesis class file uses tikz and hyperref. Is it possible to share a minimum working example for us to verify the problem?

Here is the UTM thesis WME for your query. To be used with the official utmthesis.cls on Github https://github.com/utmthesis/utmthesis
Note:
1) The official utmthesis.cls does not use tikz.
2) Tested on TexLive on Ubuntu 18.04.

I am a bit confuse now. You are using UTMThesis 'class file (.cls)' but in workshop we got a template which is different and using 'style file (.sty),you can see my MWE. so which one is the correct one? can you guide me? I am using the latest format provided in Latex workshop2018.

I am not sure which workshop you attended. I have not conducted LaTeX workshop for more than 4-5 years now, although I help to maintain the official LaTeX UTMthesis template.
Probably you may contact the instructor or organizer of the workshop.
