I've just downloaded V 6.1. I am this error File `emptypage.sty' not found. \RequirePackage

Hi Hosam Shabara,

You would need to install any missing packages.  
Depending on which LaTeX system you are using, you would need to download them.
I would suggest that you search online on installing the missing packages.
