Appendix not work in Lyx

I am using lyx 2.0.6 with utm thesis format, everything is working except appendix. I put all appendices after the bibliography, then there is no appendix in table of contain and the list of appendix comes empty. I don't know what the problem??

Probably you missed a LaTeX command at the end on the appendix

\endmatter

Thank you for response, I put \endmatter but also not working. I think the problem in \appendix, I don't know is it any package except \usepackage{appendix} must be uploaded before i used it

I found the problem. I was disabled the command \RequirePackage{tocvsec2}, then when i enable it, it is working, but still some problem such as the appendix page comes empty. So i will try to fix it again. Thank you

Thank you YS Yap, I am using Lyx file for whole thesis not [.tex], let me export the file to [.tex] and check it, after that i will share the file.. Okay

If possible, share the lyx (minimum working file). Easier to troubleshoot.

Hafez,

The files you give are incomplete (missing bib, appendices tex files) and require manual modification. When checking your lyx, your version is custom. I suggest you to use the predefined template as checking custom files needs time.

I think if you Run the file under Linux the Appendix is working. But if you using Windows is not working.

I found what the problem was after may trials. I had an algorithm in the appendix with one missing curly bracket.
