How to change margin

Good day to all

I am correcting my thesis according to the 2018 format. I need to change the left, right, top, and bottom margin. I tried to do it in UTMclass.sty by  resetting  \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{1.3cm}  and \addtolength{\textwidth}{10cm}. I managed to change the left margin, but not the right margin even though I reset the textwidth. 

Could anybody teach me how to do it?

I don't see the reason to change the margin as it conforms with the latest UTM thesis format.
