Hi everyone.

I have recently downloaded the latest release of UTM thesis, which you claim that the hyperref package will work on it without any problem.

However, I still cannot use the hypperref. Whenever I am using this package I get the error wriiten bellow:

! Undefined control sequence.
\MakeUppercase ...ppercaseUnsupportedInPdfStrings

I will be appreciate If you can guide me through this matter.

With the all best regards.

To the best of our effort, we did test on our setups. What is you setup?

Hyperref is optional. Try to suppress the error. You may change hyperref options as you like.

\usepackage[colorlinks=true,linkcolor=darkgreen,citecolor=darkred,urlcolor=darkblue, pdfborder=false]{hyperref}
\pdfstringdefDisableCommands{%
\let\case\relax
}

I think this should work. Please provide a minimum working example next time.
