How to write text with white lintes inbetween?

Hi guys,

I can't manage to make my text be like this:

Line 1

Line 2

Line 3

Instead it's always attached to eachother and the best i can do is a space inbetween words.
Anyone has the most simple method for me on how to add white lines inbetween my lines of text?

That doesn't work. me and my colleagues all tried countless of things but nobody managed to do it so far.
