How uthash works?

Hi,

I see the userguide is only about how to use uthash. But it is not
clear to me how it is implemented.

Can anybody provide a detailed explanation about the implemented? I am
trying to read the source code. But it has many long macros making it
very difficult to follow. Thanks.
