Hey guys!

Hope you're all doing well. I wanted to talk about something really quick. We have always been a very laid-back organization, and I like that about us. (Especially when it comes to attendance lol.) However, I want to change that, because I don't think it looks very good on us as an organization when only a couple of officers (out of 6) are present at the meetings. Disclaimer - I am in no way upset about this! :) I just want to talk about changing it going forward. :) We've always been super laid back and haven't made officer attendance at anything mandatory - it's just how we work and have always worked, probably since GBB was started like 5 years ago haha. But next semester, as officers, I want to change our dynamic. Each and every one of us needs to be present at every meeting, every event, and so on. If there's a reason you can't make it, obviously that's fine. :) Right now we kind of just attend what we can attend/feel like attending, and for the most part if you're not going on the Ghana trip you're probably just doing your own thing by now haha. Which I completely understand, because we're all super busy! But next semester, we're going to implement these changes when it comes to attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Yay, thanks for everything these past few months guys and a huge pat on the back for an unbelievably successful semester!
