Hey everyone:

I've attached three documents to this email to help you the visa application process: 1) the visa application form for U.S. citizens (remember to send in two copies), 2) the instruction page provided by GB, and 3) the letter of invitation provided by GB that you will need for the application. This last document needs to be filled out by you where the text is highlighted. Our date of arrival in Ghana is December 29 and our date of departure is January 9.

Flight information is an important part of the application and letter of invitation, and we will send this to y'all as soon as we get the final info from our travel agent. Where it asks about flight details on the letter of invitation, put the airline, flight number, and estimated time of arrival/departure for both your incoming and outgoing flights.

I would suggest you prepare all of your documents now so that when you get your flight information you don't have to fill out anything else and can send everything in right away. Give yourself as much time as possible for the application process: it's supposed to take two weeks but please send it in ASAP in case there's a problem.

If you're unsure about anything, let me know.

Thanks,
Ian

Hey everyone,

I just emailed all of you your e-tickets. Please confirm that you received each leg of the trip and that everything is correct. If you didn't receive one, let me know. (Check multiple emails, some went to McCombs addresses.) Also, you may have gotten more than 1 e-ticket as different parts of the trip were split up in some cases. These e-tickets are proof of travel/return, so attach them into your visa application. Let me know if you have any questions!
