Minor updates of UTGB Shell version 1.0.1

[Changes from version 1.0 ]
* added new sub commands:
* eclipse create (or update) Eclipse project file after editing
pom.xml file
* repair repair missing project files or overwrite existing
ones

* utgb maven package command creates both war and jar project
artifacts
* added some setting information in "utgb deploy ---help", necessary
to deploy the web app to a remote tomcat server

query performs a query for a database described in the
config/track-config.xml file
repair repair or restore template files
server start up the portable web server
