Is there a formulation of URL to show data on
for example, medaka version 1.0 scaffold12:3456-78910?

Keyword search at the browser produces a link like
http://utgenome.org/UTGBMedaka/#medaka:version1.0:scaffold88%20(1972268-1976412)
Following this link leads to the region,
but this URL does not work if accessed from different window.

Thank you for your reporting.

Currently, in UTGB Medka, links in keyword search results cannot be
used as direct link
to the specific location.

If you need a direct link, the following URL format can be used:
http://utgenome.org/UTGBMedaka/?species=medaka&revision=version1.0&target=scaffold2&start=100&end=200

which leads to a region (medaka, version1.0, scaffold2, 100-200)

In the next update of UTGB Medaka, I wan to add a link button for
opening the browser in a new window.

Thanks
