New issue 168 by tomoa...@kenroku.kanazawa-u.ac.jp: quickstart.html: utgb
-t WIG import does not work
http://code.google.com/p/utgb/issues/detail?id=168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have a bamfile reads.bam
2. utgb readdepth reads.bam | utgb -t WIG import -o readdepth.wig.sqlite

2a utgb readdepth reads.bam > readdepth.wig
2b cat readdepth.wig | utgb -t WIG import -o readdepth.wig.sqlite

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

readdepth.wig.sqlite should be created according to
http://utgenome.org/quickstart.html.
After a long run, step 2 does nothing other than printing some messages.
But what really happens is just an error message in (2b)
[UNKNOWN_COMMAND] unkown command WIG

utgb import -t wig -o readdepth.wig.sqlite

worked fine. Thus, I think this is a documentation error in
http://utgenome.org/quickstart.html

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

$ utgb --version
UTGB Shell: version 1.5.9-SNAPSHOT

$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_24"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.11.11.90)
(rhel-1.62.1.11.11.90.el6_4-x86_64)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.0-b12, mixed mode)

CentOS 6.4 (x86_64)
