Recent changes to WIGDatabaseReader, which add several columns
(min/max/avg/mean) to SQLite database schema of WIG data, might be a cause
of a bug when retrieving graph data in a specified range. Currently, I am
suffering the problem of strange display positions of WIG graph data when
multiple WIGTracks are used in a view definition file.
Add test codes for the methods in WIGDatabaseReader class to verify that
the WIG database is created properly, and also to ensure that data
retrieval methods (e.g., getWIGData, getCompactWIGData, etc.) return
correct results.
If WIGDatabaseReader reads the data correctly, the display position problem
is caused by the other classes, e.g., GWTGenomeCanvas.
ReadDepth and SAM2WigConverter might be the cause of the problem.
