What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reorder tracks with drag and drop
2. Save view from UTGB Navigator (Navigator Track)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Track data in the saved Silk file should be ordered as in the display, but
the internal order of tracks is used.
