What steps will reproduce the problem?

http://utgenome.org/quickstart.html
says "You can configure the UTGB's web interface by editing
config/default-view.silk file in your project folder"

Making this file and editing does not seem to affect the behavior.
Instead, editing config/view/default-view.silk seems to work.

Thus I suspect that the document is incorrect (or not updated yet).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
utgb cloned on 2012-05-17
CentOS 6.2

Please provide any additional information below.
