The question asks what is [Olivia] grade-eqv? I'm a little confused
because in Question 401 it says that grade-eqv is defined to take 2
student names and a score sheet and returns t or nil to indicate
whether the two students are grade equivalent under the score sheet.

Refer to definition of eq class from homework 399. Eq class of u under
R is the set of members of A that are in relation with u. Here u is
"Olivia" and R is grade-eqv.
