The only thing I might suggest is possibly making it the 8^th instead of the 7^th, since we already know Tuesday nights are best for us; otherwise it sounds fine.

Subject: "How to" program info

 

Hello everyone,

 

I have spoke with Corporal Boyd from the University Police department and she would be willing to come and speak to us about "community safety tips."  However, she will not be able to speak to us until November 7th, so.. I have tentatively schedule a time with her for Nov.7th at 7pm in the phase four clubhouse.  What do you guys think? Is this a good time/date?  Please let me know

 

Rebecca, has everyone who wants to signed up for the google group?

I agree that would have been ideal, but the officer can only do these eveninng activities on that day.  Do we still meet this week or should we meet next week, the week before the program?
