At 3pm on Monday, February 15, we will be taking filer4a
(/scratch/cluster) offline for about 2 hours. We will use this downtime
to upgrade the filer head to new hardware, upgrade the filer OS to the
latest release, and greatly expand the storage available.

Cluster jobs which do not use files in /scratch/cluster should be
unaffected. Condor jobs attempting to use files in the cluster scratch
space may be put on hold automatically by Condor. Once the downtime is
over, the condor_release command should get them running again.
