Python minor upgrade on z

It looks like z.cs.utexas.edu was missed when python was upgraded from
v2.5.2 to v2.5.4 before the semester started.

z should now be running python v2.5.4. If you experience any problems
please send mail to gr...@cs.utexas.edu.
