UTBLS Food Services Contract Review

In our pursuit of fund raising for the group by providing improved
lunch services for the law school, we have procured a copy of the Food
Services Contract the University executed with AVI. This public
records request was fulfilled within 24 hours of the request; an
excellent performance by the UT Legal Affairs Department.

At first glance it appears that if our efforts can be considered
"catering" and the value stays below $500 we likely are not stepping
on the contract. Anyone who would like to read the contract and
provide feedback please do so.

Dean Tierney is also investigating the issue.

There must be a missing addition to this contract because it states
that the company is supposed to have a coffee bar in the Law Center
that it does not have. We should find the most recent version.
