Hi Matt,

Thanks and sure, I'll have post on the same.

Easy way ( that I used in past), configure SIP exten and allow outside communication to your Asterisk Box.

Go to your phone ( I used Nokia E90) and configure the SIP setting over there, connect your cell phone to WIFI network(used) or high speed GPRS and you can register and make calls and receive calls.

How about integrating the Cisco 79x2 and 79x5 handsets using SIP? My Google-fu may be weak, but it doesn't look as if anyone has successfully done that (or at least, has documented the process). Particularly from a provisioning standpoint.
