Pardon the short notice, but we are in need of one more Python speaker to teach at the Kids Code Convention at Neumont University, Salt Lake City this weekend.

This is an easy gig.  It's a 3 hour beginner's workshop for kids doing Python and PyGame.  The curriculum is already produced.  All you have to do is present it.  It's based on a book, so there is LOTS of documentation :) and the target audience is kids, so it's super simple stuff.

Anyone who does Python for a living would have no trouble doing this with zero studying :)

Please reply to me directly if you can commit to it.  It's this Saturday from 9 to 5.  You can choose either the morning session or the evening session (we don't need you to do both).  You will need your own laptop.

Hi all,

I was talking with Phil about this conference. It looks amazing! He's looking for someone to fill either a morning or afternoon slot doing a simple tutorial using PyGame. From what I can tell, you could teach this even with just some basic python skills. I tried to make it work with my schedule, but I'm already overbooked.

I wonder if anyone else would be willing to step up and help out here?

Extra thanks!
