I tried sending an email to the google group and it failed. Obviously I don't have clearance. Would you mind sending this note to the members? I would really appreciate it.

Fellow Lotus owners,I announce to you all the 2012 Eaglewood Festival of Speed at the Eaglewood golf course in North Salt Lake on July 2nd between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. It is an opportunity to gather with owners of all kinds of vehicles, meet folks, and talk about whatever. It is free, casual, and fun. In the years past we have held it in the lower parking lot of the club house, but as we were overwhelmed with cars, motorcycles, and even a 1939 John Deere in 2011, we will likely move out onto the grassy berm between the fairway of the 10th hole and Eagle Ridge Drive. It is a wonderful venue on the side of the Wasatch Mountains at the altitude of the Lake Bonneville platform. It is nearly 1 mile high and the view of the Great Salt Lake, Antelope Island, and the Wasatch Range to the north is spectacular.
Last year the marque was represented by two Elises, one Elite, and a Caterham Seven. As the Lotus marque will be featured this year at the other Festival of Speed in the UK, we'd like to follow the lead of Charles Henry Gordon-Lennox, Earl of March and Kinara and invite you all to display your fabulous Lotuses at the Eaglewood Festival of Speed.
Our show is open to all interesting vehicles, but this is not a concours. Just clean up your cars so they look their best and bring them on up. Come 15 or 20 minutes early so we can get a good spot together.
It would be helpful for me to know which of you could come. Please let me know which car you'll show.
The wide selection of cars and motorcycles is interesting enough, but this year we hope to have a helicopter fly in and there will be a demonstration of trials motorcycles.
