Outdoors somewhere?

I'll just throw this one out there... but weather permitting, how
about some outdoor pavilion? We can roll the dice (we know how to do
that) and hope that the weekend we reserve ends up being good weather.

Easy to roll the dice when you aren't the one putting money up to run
the event. Most large pavilions have rental fees, then mix in the cost
of signs, posters, tickets, game give aways, etc... It would be too
big of a risk. I also don't think you would get many people out when
its 100+ outside. We'd also need a huge pavilion to handle the 200+
people that could be there at one time.
