The KillaJoule just set an FIM land speed record of 212.047 MPH at the BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials on the Bonneville Salt Flats. This is the international record for sidecar motorcycles. (Not just electric, but the FIM record for _all_ sidecar motorcycles.) Our "magic number" is 225 mph. That is because 224 is the fastest _national_ record (SCTA) for a sidecar motorcycle, which is really the record we want to beat. We are trying to update our facebook page as we go, (but racing does not leave much idle time.) https://www.facebook.com/killacycle There are two more days of racing at the event, and we have changed gearing, etc. We are hoping to dial it in to bump up the speed a bit. :-) Bill Dube'
