Hi everyone.
Pete & I are happy to be a part of this forum with other cheese heads
in Utah. Most all of you know us. But for future reference and
newcomers, we are Rockhill Creamery, a VERY small farmstead cheese
operation in Cache Valley. We milk six beautiful Brown Swiss cows and
make raw milk, natural rind cheeses. You can read more about us at our

I am always looking for information about cheese making, other cheese
makers and latest news in the world of cheese. One of my favorite
websites is: pnwcheese.typepad.com. Any others you all might
recommend?

Hi Jen,
Great to have you here. I just open the Boo Boo Baby Swiss and I have
to say YUM!!! Sweet and nutty.
One of the websits that I like to visit is Cheese By Hand. They have a
article on raw milk cheese's and their producers.
