Pete & I are happy to be a part of this forum with other cheese heads
in Utah. Most all of you know us. But for future reference and
newcomers, we are Rockhill Creamery, a VERY small farmstead cheese
operation in Cache Valley. We milk six beautiful Brown Swiss cows and
