Wine and Cheese Classes

We are going to be having some really great wine and cheese pairings
coming up at the Culinary Education Center.

THE CASK OF AMONTILLADO (H)
10/25/2008 at 6:30 PM -- Harmons Bangerter Crossing
This wine and cheese class will be based on the horror short story “
The Cask of Amontillado” by Edgar Allen Poe. During this class, Sheral
Schowe the owner of Wasatch Academy of Wine, we will be teaching us
about sherry wines and what great cheeses they can be paired with.
This spooky wine and cheese class will encourage you to entertain your
family and friends with sherry wines and this wonderful story.

PACIFIC NORTH WEST FALL HARVEST-WINE AND CHEESE (H)

Come join us while we enjoy all of the great flavors from the Pacific
Northwest fall harvest. With the guidance of Sheral Schowe, owner of
Wasatch Academy of Wine, we will be able to embrace the full flavors
from the fall harvest wines. In this class we will enjoy a great
variety of wine and cheese.

HOW TO HOST A HOLIDAY WINE AND CHEESE PARTY (H)

Learn how to host a wine and cheese party from the best. Sheral
Schowe, owner and wine educator of Wasatch Academy of Wine, will be
here to teach us how to pair wine with cheese and how to host the most

PORT, CHOCOLATE AND BLUE CHEESE (H)
