We had a successful meeting yesterday! We toured the Spotted Dog Creamery with owner John Winders, who also treated us to an ice cream demo and tasting. John is a great guy, and his ice cream no less stellar. Following the meeting, we all met for our cupcake social, and John even showed up with a couple of gallons of ice cream to share with us all. We had some killer cupcakes and even a cake and a pumpkin bread. Thanks to everybody that came! It was a great time!

We're still working on putting together our next meeting, and we'll be sure to post it here and at http://utahbakersdozen.org/ as soon as it's all planned and ready!
