This is the only home in SLC that I want to buy.
I would like to buy a place here that was built last year (1999).
In order to do that, I need to rent out some of the rooms.
Interior: approximately 1650 square feet, pre-wired for computers and
Internet;
four bedrooms and a loft and two bathrooms; radiant heat for winter,
swamp cooler for summer; great natural lighting; wood blinds; neutral
colors; laundry with washer and dryer; kitchen with dishwasher and gas
stove\oven.
Exterior: stucco walls; red rock patio; double pane windows; storm doors;
deck off of upstairs bedroom; security system.
Commons: quiet neighborhood near, but removed from, major roads; full
landscaping; automatic sprinklers; community garden; covered parking; red
rock walkways; community meeting house, garage, workshop, weightroom, etc.
I am willing to make additional purchases
(another refrigerator, computer stuff, art supplies, etc.)
depending on what you bring and what you want.
Example: do you have any interest in computers?
I plan a screaming fast Internet connection.
If you care about who you have living around you, come live here.
As for me, brace yourself:
I am a semi vegetarian bibliophile, love bicycling,
do yoga and meditate daily, with occasional Tai Chi,
& recently started going back to school at SLCC.
Myers-Briggs testing types me as a mild INTJ
(i.e. I ask little of anyone except that they avoid bothering me,
but I still like to party occasionally).
We can make this the best deal for rent in SLC;
in return, I seek good renters.
You can do whatever you like so long as you
avoid damaging the house and keep the public areas
(kitchen, laundry, etc.) clean.
That probably means no cigarettes.
Plan on $250 - $450 a month rent,
(that does include utilities)
depending on your choice of rooms, etc.
