Software QA Engineer
•Excellent understanding and application of a scripting language such as Perl, Python or Bash •QA experience or exposure to good testing methodologies preferred. •Demonstrated ability to own a complete functional area of an application or product •Comfortable with working with cross-functional teams and in supporting engineering in debugging and reproducing issues •A grasp of Operating System concepts •Excellent understanding of triaging problems. •Must be able to work independently and should be proactive •Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written •Excellent organizational skills •Must be detail oriented * Two or more years experience in hands on testing of HDD and SSD * Excellent understanding of protocols SCSI/AHCI/FC * Experience in automating test - Coding python/perl/Javascript/ruby/shell scripting experience * BS CS/CE/EE (or equivalent)
