Please join Salt Lake Randonneurs for the Willard Bay 200k brevet, on Saturday April 11.
Sign in starts at 8:30AM for a prompt 9:00AM start at Dicks Market at
84W Parrish Lane in Centerville. Please note the start location has
changed; we will be across the street to the north of Walmart (our usual
start), to simplify start/finish routing, and allow after-ride recovery
milkshakes at Tonyburger. Please park to the north of the Little
Caesars.
It's not too late to join, please register here:
https://www.saltlakerandos.org/registration/
If you have not already submitted an electronic waiver, please do:
https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/rusaUTSaltLakeCity
A unique waiver is required for each ride, so if you have not filled one out for this ride, please do so now.
This is a beginner-friendly route with very little climbing, scenic
rural roads, easy re-supply, and easy bailout points using Frontrunner.
The weather forecast calls for a chance of rain, so please come prepared
for the weather, and use this ride to test out your rain gear, bags, and resolve.
The time limit for this brevet is 10:30PM Saturday night, so if you
think you might ride in the dark, please bring lights and reflective
gear:
https://rusa.org/reflectivity Twilight ends at 8:30PM on April 11.
