I'll be riding Perm route #5473 Legacy/Emigration 100k Saturday at 8AM, welcome any company. This is the same route as the 100k that's offered May 10 (but I'll be riding the 300k that day)

I plan to be there. Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes Bryan, please sign the waiver. This is a Permanent Route, which is run a bit differently from our standard brevets, so I'll repost the registration instructions here:

...
The RUSA Permanent Route program allows riders to ride vetted brevet routes at any time.

We have a group that is working to earn the P-12 award, which is to ride a 100k Perm (or Populaire) each month for 12 consecutive months, and you can earn a really neat patch.

Perm Details, including registration instructions:

P12 Award:

Also, there's been some questions about registering for a Perm, which is different than our standard brevets, so here's how:

Click on Member Log in

Either Create a New Account, or Log in (if you have already created an account)

Select the Permanents tab, and you'll see the Perms you are registered for, and a selection to register.

When you register, it will send you to a smartwaiver form for this Perm. You will need to fill in the route number #5473, and ride date April 12.
After the ride, you log in and log your ride time and then it will show up in your activity for this year.

Also—Do y’all have brevet cards or do you make a Maverick purchase?

Most people just use GPS for verification, so Strava, Garmin, RWGPS, etc is fine.
For perms, you can also use receipts or photos.
