Another iPhone group meeting on Thursday

regularly on the second Thursday of every month at 7 pm on BYU campus.

Tomorrow we'll be delving into Core Data and building an iPhone app
with it.

I'll be presenting, and yes, I'll be there.  The OpenGL presentation is on hold until August because that guy is on vacation in Brazil right now.

What is it about the second Thursday of every month? That's the one
night every month that I can't attend. :P

It's tough finding a good night.  Tuesdays and Wednesdays were no good for Scott, 3rd Thursdays are the UJUG (which I attempt to attend), Mondays are bad in Utah generally, Friday is tough to get people to extend their day on, etc.  We're assuming that like us most people have their day job that they'd have to break away from for the group if we were to do it during the day so that's a non-starter.

The toughest thing about Thursdays is that the UofU iPhone group, the Facebook iPhone group, the CocoaHeads at BYU and the latest group, the iPhone Salt Lake Mobile group ALL meet on Thursdays.

We've had some discussions about trying to bring the groups together but that hasn't netted anything yet.

All in all it's a tight spot that we'd love to find a solution to.   Suggestions welcome!
