KF6RAL Gateway seems to be back up But...

We have a couple of users, that when they connect to the gateway or repeater, the user is immediately in RECEIVE ONLY Mode, which usually means they're not registered, but one user reports he is registered and another I have seen his registration which was done on NU7TS.

Any ideas on what we can check to get these folks up and running on KF6RAL ?
