Grading harness for project 3/4?

  I was just wondering when we could see the Grading Harness for Project 3 or 4 posted?

 Matt had said he would work to have them graded this week.

I'm aiming to have both released simultaneously within the next day or two.

I'm also trying to allow for partial credit on p4 that will only grade
the desugarer if that's all you finished.
