宴の初回インポート時にエラー

お世話になります。utage3 ver 3.9.6  unity2019.4.18f1 をwindows10 Home ver1909で使用しています。

package managerから新規プロジェクトにutage3をimportすると、以下のような2つのエラーが出ます。

どのような問題があるのでしょうか？

このまま使用して問題のないものなのか、あるいは修正方法があるのか、お伺いできればと思います。宜しくお願いいたします。

それはサンプル内にある3Dモデルが古い形式のためでているエラーです。

特に実行には問題ないです。無視してください。
