Dear Game Developer Club:

I received this email for a Display Case reservation. Could whoever reserved the case please respond and let me know who did and why? If I do not receive a response in the next two days I will assume that we did not actually reserve a case and reply back as such. If you reserved it please respond ASAP and let me know how we plan on using the display case.

Dear Gamer Developer Club,

You have reserved Display Case #3 for 11/5-11/16. Come by the Office of Student Governance & Organizations in the Lower Level of the UC, Suite B120 to pick up the key for your specific case the Monday your reservation begins. A valid UTA ID is required to check out the display case key. Our office hours are 8 a.m. & 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

If you fail to occupy the Display Case by end of business day the first Tuesday of your reservation, your Display Case will be forfeited to another organization or department.

Be sure to clean out the case on the last day of your reservation period. If you do not remove the contents of your display, we will remove and dispose of the contents for you.
