2010-2011 Graduate Student Professional Development Award

If you will be presenting an original paper at a conference, you may
be eligible to receive partial support for your travel. The School of
Information has received a small allocation from the Graduate School
for this purpose. Funding is quite limited; therefore, it is possible
that some applicants will not receive an award. Priority is given to
PhD students.

In order to apply, please submit to me a completed application form, a
copy of your paper's abstract, and proof of your paper's acceptance at
the conference by the following deadlines:

Fall Semester Travel: Application materials due no later than
WEDNESDAY 1 DECEMBER.

Spring Semester Travel: Application materials due no later than
WEDNESDAY 4 MAY.

Summer Session Travel: Application materials due no later than FRIDAY
24 JUNE.
