Description:
We are currently looking for a contract Technical Writer who is able to take an RFP/RFI from announcement to completed response. Individual must have the ability to work with internal finance and operations staff to collect proposal specific data and then develop both a financial proposal as well as a technical response to both governmental and non-governmental RFP/RFI's. This person will be responsible for creating strategic business documents, including requests for proposals (RFP), requests for information (RFI) and proposal presentations.
We are looking for a person with the following skills and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect data specific to RFP/RFI requests
* Learn the OnSite Care voice, tone and brand and develop winning financial proposals and technical responses that clearly communicate the OnSite message.
* Prepare printed proposals per RFP/RFI specifications
* Research and extract information from various internal sources and literature to develop proposals
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and an eye for consistency
* Superior writing skills, including experience with medical writing.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Self-Motivated and Resourceful
