IMPORTANT!!! - Group Email Reply Policy

Hi All,

This morning I found there is a public email reply policy violation after Prof. Bobby Posted the IEEE volunteer in the group.

The public email reply policy has been emphasized 2 times, and it is very important for helping every one using the group email post function efficiently.

Thus, I would like to emphasize the email reply policy for one more time, please pay attention.

 1. UTD CAN Public Group (ut-dallas-chines...@googlegroups.com) is for posting CAN information, policies, and event proposals only. It is not allowed to reply to the email address ut-dallas-chines...@googlegroups.com directly from your email inbox. Because once you reply to this email address, everyone in the group would receive your email- even you did not mean to email them that.

2. When some posted a volunteer needed, or internship needed information. Replies to the posters directly, do not reply to the public.

Since we made up this policy 3 weeks ago to solve the email group communication efficiency problem, we should follow the rules.
