pour points and watershed delineation

Maybe I am thinking about this too hard, but I am having a really hard time trying to figure out how many pour points are needed to determine the watershed delineation.  Can I get any suggestions on what you may have done?

Nikol,
One pour point defines one watershed.
All the "water" that falls in the watershed will drain to that one point
That's why we use the flow accumulation to define where that one cells needs to coincide.
