Raster to vector data set

I have been working on lab 9a and have been encountering some problems. I get an error every time i try to change the classified streams to a vector data set. Have any of you encountered the same problem?

Can you be more specific about the error? Does it contain a hyperlink?

It mentions that the syntax is incorect, that the command was not in parentheses.  It is a strange error.
